The breakfast room and the lower level exhibit area are both available for rent for small meetings or events. These rooms each have a maximum capacity of 24 people.

Regulations
- Rentals outside of the museum's regular hours will be required to pay the base rental fee plus after-hours fees.
- Interior rentals can accommodate a maximum of 24 people.
- Interior rentals must respect the rope barriers in the historic rooms.
- To prevent the introduction of insects that may be harmful to the museum's collections only artificial flowers or fresh flowers purchased from a florist may be brought in.
- Event tents and canopies are allowed on the grounds with proper permits and inspection.
- Liquor licensing regulations must be followed.
- You may be required to provide portable toilet facilities for large outdoor events.
