In addition to day to day activities at the museum, Nicholas will be involved in the preparation and installation of Glanmore’s new outreach exhibit entitled, “Loyalty, Tradition  & Progress: Belleville Fire & Emergency Services.”  It will be installed in the late summer or fall of 2016 at the new Station No. 1 Firehall located at 60 Bettes Street in Belleville.
The exhibit is being produced in partnership with the Belleville Fire Department and will highlight the city’s long history of organized fire fighting.  The exhibit will feature hands-on interactive components as well as many artifacts and historic photographs of the fire fighters in action.
We look forward to working at Glanmore National Historic Site with Nicholas this summer!
