Dressing for Downton Bus Trip
Join us for an exciting day trip, Monday, March 24th, to see the Dressing Downton exhibit and enjoy Afternoon Tea at the Spadina Museum in Toronto.
Dressing for Downton is a Canadian exclusive on display for a very limited period at Spadina Museum. It features 20 fabulous costumes and accessories used in the production of Downton Abbey as well as clothing from the City of Toronto collections.
The trip will cost $130 per person including taxes. Register by calling 613-962-2329. Spaces are limited so don’t delay!
This bus trip includes:
- Transportation from Belleville to Toronto and return by Tripps Unlimited.
- Special Admission to the Dressing for Downton exhibit featuring costumes from the show as well as period fashions from the City of Toronto Collection.
- Admission to Spadina House and a Downton Abbey themed tour of the historic house.
- A delicious afternoon tea (complete with scones, savouries and sweets) provided by Madeline’s.
The coach will depart the Glanmore’s parking lot at 9:30 am and return at approximately 6:30 pm Participants are advised to bring a brown bag lunch, or purchase snacks at the comfort stop as tea will be served at 2:30 pm.
